Fish---Bhetki fillets 400 gms
100gms white butter
1tsp- chilli powder
2tbsp--ginger-garlic paste
2tbsp soya sause (dark)
2tbsp worcestershire sauce
2tbsp white vinegar
20 gms glass noodles
1tbsp sesame seeds
salt to taste
Ajinamoto ( in case one likes, I don;t)
Tobasco sauce--1tsp
Fry fillets in butter. Mix all the rest of the ingredients together and bring it to boil. Place the fried fillets on a dish and pour over the sauce. Serve it with glass noodles and sesame seeds.
PS---In case you are a vegetarian , you may use nutri nuggets with baby corns instead of fish fillets.It tastes awesome! Close

Yes anjana....glass noodles are different.
These noodles are whitish and they look transparent and thinner than the normal ones.

Yes Lakshmi....That is the beauty of this recipe. You can use prawns as well . Must try and let me know.

Can one use other fish like Bombay Duck or Surmai (King fish) for this absolutely scrumptious sounding dish which is also so simple (my basic recipe criterion!!) to make?
