Modified Thai Fish / veg thai --- My style

Fish---Bhetki fillets 400 gms
100gms white butter
1tsp- chilli powder
2tbsp--ginger-garlic paste
2tbsp soya sause (dark)
2tbsp worcestershire sauce
2tbsp white vinegar
20 gms glass noodles
1tbsp sesame seeds
salt to taste
Ajinamoto ( in case one likes, I don;t)
Tobasco sauce--1tsp

Fry fillets in butter. Mix all the rest of the ingredients together and bring it to boil. Place the fried fillets on a dish and pour over the sauce. Serve it with glass noodles and sesame seeds. 

PS---In case you are a  vegetarian , you may use nutri nuggets with baby corns instead of fish fillets.It  tastes awesome!
